Returns may be subject to a restocking charge that is a percent of the value of the items to be returned.
Items to be returned must be unused, as well as in the original condition and packaging.
If goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report this within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

If we make arrangements with you to have goods collected, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are available for collection on the agreed day, otherwise a charge may be made to rearrange the collection.
