Bar Skills & Cocktail Training Services

Klaremont are now pleased to offer training sessions for bartenders with any level of experience. The service can be tailor made to suit your needs and will be designed to maximise the potential of the wet sales in your venue. Courses are arranged into three tiers:

Basic:

  • General bar skills and customer service.
  • Basic cocktail history and development.
  • Entry level mixology.

Intermediate:

  • Progressive bar skills and customer interaction.
  • Detailed cocktail history and beverage manufacturing methods.
  • Contemporary modern mixology.

Advanced:

  • Advanced bar techniques and customer specific mixology.
  • Understanding cocktail methodology and infusion/masceration techniques.
  • Mollecular mixology.
Training is recommended for a maximum of ten people at any one time. Sessions can now be booked via the Klaremont sales team. Training will be conducted by a veteran of the bar trade with ten years experience of bartending and management of a very high standard. Control of Substances Hazardous to your health (COSHH)

Hazardous substances can affect everyone including operators, staff, customers and management alike.  COSHH training and control along with the safe use of substances are crucial to the operating procedures in any workplace where substances are used, stored, handled, transported or disposed of regardless of the amount of products used.

Under the control of Substances Hazardous to Heath Regulations employers must prevent or control exposure, assess the risks to the workforce and others, maintain controls and monitor workplaces and individuals, they must also provide information instruction and training to anyone that may be exposed.

Klaremont offers a complete COSHH training course designed in a simple, easy to understand format, so that all participants can gain the knowledge needed  handle our products in a safe and effective way.
