What times are you open for business?

Answer:

Office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Our Showroom is open between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Visitors are always welcome, but for us to provide our best possible service, please contact us to arrange an appointment.

What are the Payment options for my order?

Answer:

First Orders must be paid in full before despatch by cheque or credit card. Account customers Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. We except all major credit & debit cards.

How do I open a credit Account Facility?

Answer:

To apply for a credit account, please click here to download a copy of Klaremonts Credit Account application form.  Please then complete the form, sign it and send or fax it to us.

Your account will normally be opened within 1-3 working days "Subject to status". Should you require goods urgently please contact our Sales Office on 0330 123 9191.

Can I get samples of your products?

Answer:

Samples are available on request. They are charged as normal sale items, however we will be happy to credit them on their return and in good condition.  Please contact our sales team on 0330 123 9191.

Do you offer a product printing / branding service?

Answer:

Yes - please call 0330 123 9191 and ask for details. Please be aware that suppliers usually have a minimum order quantity for printing / branding products.

Can I get samples of your products?

Answer:

Samples are available on request. They are charged as normal sale items, however we will be happy to credit them on their return and in good condition.  Please contact our sales team on 0330 123 9191.

Can I buy less than the pack size?

Answer:

Unfortunately we are unable to alter pack sizes from those advertised on our website.

Can I easily return an item?

Answer:

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item (excluding kitchen equipment, please see returning kitchen equipment, below), we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging.

Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.

In both instances, please call our customer helpline on 0330 123 9191 to obtain details on how to return your product.

Returning Kitchen Equipment:

Answer:

Please ensure that you have assessed all the technical specification, available on the website prior to ordering. Should you remain unsure of what product is right for you, please call our kitchen equipment specialist for free and impartial advice on 0330 123 9191.

Should you wish to return your kitchen equipment item(s) it must first be agreed with Klaremont. A restocking charge of 25% applies, and we reserve the right to charge for return carriage.

Please note that any kitchen equipment items returned must be in their original packaging together with all manuals and accessories. In the event that you no longer have the packaging, we will be unable to accept the item(s). Credit will only be honoured once the goods have been received and inspected by Klaremont. In the event of returned goods being used and unsaleable, no credit will be given, and the goods will be sent back to the customer.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Answer:

No, delivery is to the UK only.

What day is delivery due?

Answer:

Following receipt of your order, confirmation of delivery will be forwarded to you. Klaremont will endeavour to deliver within 3 working days from time of receiving of order. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Can I get delivery tomorrow?

Answer:

Please contact our Sales Office who will be pleased to make arrangements wherever possible.

I may not be available when you try to deliver

Answer:

Please advise us of any special requirements of delivery when placing your order.

What are your Carriage Terms?

Answer:

No delivery charge for orders over £60 within the M25, or £100 elsewhere - otherwise a charge of £5.89 or £11.89 respectively. No minimum order.

Is it in stock?

Answer:

We hold large stocks of the products shown on our Website and can normally deliver from stock. The majority of larger Capital equipment is usually delivered direct from the manufacturer.

Can I see a Representative?

Answer:

Klaremont has representatives working within London. Please contact our Sales Office who will be pleased to make arrangements for you to see a representative local to your area.

If I order more cases, do I get a better price?

Answer:

If your order is of a considerable size please do not hesitate to contact our sales team who will be happy to look at your order to see if we can better any prices.

I've had the wrong goods delivered

Answer:

Please contact our Sales Office on 0330 123 9191 who will be pleased to make arrangements to exchange them.

I am unhappy with the goods you have sent me

Answer:

Please contact our Sales Office on 0330 123 9191 who will be pleased to make arrangements to exchange them.

The goods you have sent me are damaged

Answer:

Please contact our Sales Office on 0330 123 9191 within 24 hrs, Notification outside this timescale cannot be credited.

The goods are different to the last time I ordered

Answer:

Please contact our Sales Office on 0330 123 9191 who will be pleased to make arrangements to exchange them, or will be able to explain the reason for the change.

The goods are faulty, what should I do?

Answer:

Please contact our Sales Office on 0330 123 9191 to make arrangements for repair / replacements. Please note all damaged goods must be reported to Klaremont within 24hrs.
